Summer means the well established flow and routines get thrown to the side and more fun, more activity, and more rest come to the forefront. I love this part of the year becuase we get more quality time together, doing what we love, but it also comes with some pitfalls.
I find that, in the summer, I need to make my own routine when it comes to my physical health or I will eat “what the kids eat” and this almost 36-year-old needs different health habits than 7-year-olds. Here is what I am doing to challenge myself into staying on track when there is less routine this summer!
In this recipe list you will find breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner, juicing, and dessert recipes that are my go-to’s for summer meal prep and meal planning. I will add more as I go through summer and feel the need to share!
6-10 Meal Prep Recipe Cards: This is the really helpful part. Download the cards, print two to a sheet and staple in the corner. Now you have your recipes right at your fingertips. Hint: Prep all that you can right after you get home with your groceries. You are more likely to eat all the fresh food when it is ready to go!
